Synopsis:
When shipping magnate Elias Carp is murderer, Superman discovers clues to the murderer's identity and motive. Carp had discovered that one of his fleet captains was plotting against him. Superman meets each of the captains and warns them not to resort to piracy. After meeting each, Superman finds a final clue that reveals the killer's identity, Captain Chate. Superman confronts Chate and turns him over to police.
