Synopsis:
Terry Thirteen is invited to witness an auction where a rare seed in sold to Wendell Drew. He takes the plant home and it grows into a human orchid, part man, part plant. Before the orchid can be closely examined, someone breaks into Drew's greenhouse and steals it.

Thirteen visits Senor Garitza, the creator of the plant. He sees a greenhouse full of odd plants including other human orchids. When Terry sees the same plant from Drew's house, he gets suspicious. Thirteen then exposes the plants as fakes. When Garitza tries to eliminate Terry, he falls victim to one of his own man-eating plants.
