Comments:
This story introduces the post-Crisis Terra-Man. This Terra-Man is an eco-warrior as opposed to the Earth-1 space-cowboy version who was last seen in DC Comics Presents #96.

Terry Dean also has an Earth-1 counterpart. She first appeared in Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #127.

Obsidian's thoughts of Fury giving birth are the first depiction of Daniel, who will be named and make his first non-cameo appearance in Sandman #22.

Sven Elven is named after a comic artist from the 1930s and 1940s, most known for his work on Cosmo the Phantom of Disguise.

Synopsis:
Clark and Lois attend a presentation by Sven Elven in an attempt to raise funds for a biosphere project in the event that the Earth's environment becomes uninhabitable. Jade and Obsidian have been hired for security. Jade also uses her powers to create projections for the presentation. The show is interrupted by Tobias Manning and his Terramen. Manning advocates for stopping the pollution rather than buying a way out for the wealthy. Jade, Obsidian, and Superman stop the disturbance and destroy the robot Terramen. Manning himself disappears, but his message is successful. The potential investors are scared away.
