This story is continued from Starman #26.
Synopsis:
With the power of the original Starman's cosmic converter Nimbus grows in size and power. We begins taking over the world's weather. Starman and David Knight help to rescue the people most affected by the growing storm. Working together the two men are able to take back the cosmic converter and defeat Nimbus. David's cosmic rod is damaged beyond repair during the fight. He decides to step aside and allow Will Payton to continue using the name Starman to carry on his father's legacy.
