Synopsis:
Starman is attacked by the Power Elite who blame him for the death of David Winters. The battle threatens to destroy the Hutchings Institute. Starman tries to get the workers to safety, while the Elite and their leader Harold Melrose press the attack. Eventually Frank Donovan turns on Melrose. He turns him in to the authorities. Meanwhile, Warren Clement provides damage control by cutting ties with Melrose. During the fight with Starman Dennis Blake is killed in an accident of his own doing. The other members of the Power Elite and Starman are then enveloped in an explosion. Starman walks away unharmed, while the other members are presumed dead, but no bodies are recovered.
