Synopsis:
The Star Rovers meet in orbit above Earth, each a victim of strange accidents which prevent them from returning to their home planet. Each of the Star Rovers explains how they encountered strange menaces, were left near death, then cured. However, if they return to Earth's heavier gravity, their illnesses will return and kill them.

Karel realizes that the two men are faking when she sees their ships have the gravity controls set to Earth equivilent. Rick and Homer admit their hoax, but they also have an idea that may help Karel. Using the clue they discovered, Karel is able to get treatment for her illness and is able to return to Earth.
