Synopsis:
When a robbery is stopped by Gimmick Girl, the crooks barely manage to escape. One of the crooks decides to create gimmicks of his own to use in crime. He is thwarted by Gimmick Girl his first time out, but he escapes from police. When he encounters Merry again, he steals her cape of gimmicks. However, Merry has rigged the gimmicks to backfire on the crook. He is tripped up, allowing Merry to apprehend him.
