Synopsis:
Robin is contacted police to help deal with a rising problem with juvenile delinquents. Robin infiltrates the Third Street Gang and stops several crimes as they happen. He also begins teaching the boys that their actions are harmful to others. When the gang begins a street fight with a rival group, Robin stops the fight. He teaches the boys to play sports instead of fighting. The boys begin to change and even confess their crimes to save an innocent shop owner. Robin instructs the reformed boys to teach others the lessons they've learned.
