Synopsis:
Vulture has created a weapon that can temporarily turn men into invulnerable giants. However, the effects do not last long. Mr. V hires Marco Xavier, secretly the Martian Manhunter, to bring a device to America that can enhance the ray and make it last permanently.

Martian Manhunter brings the device back to the U.S., but he really intends to find and destroy Vulture's operations. When Zook hears that the Martian Manhunter has returned, he rushes to his aid. When Zook arrives, he ruins the Manhunter's plan of finding Vulture's base. Despite Zook's mistake, J'onn is still able to find the hide-out and destroy the weapon before it can be used.
