Synopsis:
When Green Lantern begins acting irrationally, Pieface takes him to a doctor. When that fails, he contacts the Guardians for help. Pieface learns that aliens from the planet Groll have taken control of GL's mind as a means for their invasion. When Pieface finds Green Lantern again, he discovers that he is selling power rings on the street. Pieface tries to intervene, but GL won't listen.

Finally, the aliens arrive and force GL to conquer the planet for them. After he succeeds, they order him to destroy himself. GL seems to comply, but he only makes himself invisible. He actually only pretended to be affected by the aliens' mind control. Using the added will power of those he gave power rings to, GL chases off the invasion force and succeeds in saving Earth.
