Synopsis:
Aquaman is contacted by the Tall Man, a government agent, to help stop a new plot by O.G.R.E. involving the United Nations. Aquaman creates a barrier of water surrounding the U.N. to protect it from an O.G.R.E. weapon. However, after cementing the barrier in place, he learns that he was duped by an O.G.R.E. agent impersonating the Tall Man.

Aquaman evades police and O.G.R.E. agents as he tries to fix his mistake. Meanwhile, O.G.R.E. agents kidnap U.N. officials and hold them for ransom. The real Tall Man is trapped inside the U.N., but is able to contact Mera. Using her hard water powers, she brings down the water barrier surrounding the building. Aquaman and Mera then finish apprehending O.G.R.E.’s agents. Aquaman is exonerated for his involvment in the plot.
