Part II:"That Old Bat Magic"
Part III:"Trial and Treachery"

Synopsis:
When a bust of Bruce Wayne's ancestor with a cowl like Batman's turns up at the Gotham Museum, Batman and Superman travel back to the 18th century to investigate. The heroes try to blend in by wearing 18th century clothes, but when they meet Anthony Wayne he believes they are British spies. A fight ensues which causes their clothes to be shredded.

Removing the clothes, Superman and Batman enter the nearest town in their costumes and claim to be actors. They witness Sylvia Ward being drowned as a witch. Superman secretly frees her, then Batman brings her to safety. Superman is jealous that she gives his friend all the attention for the rescue.

Superman then begins framing Batman. He makes the townspeople believe that Batman is a male witch. The Caped Crusader is arrested and placed in stocks. Superman then conducts a sham trial, and Batman is sentenced to be burned at the stake.
