Synopsis:
Batman and Robin visit a carnival recently purchased by millionaire Charles Barden. Barden is mysteriously killed, forcing the Dynamic Duo to investigate. The killer later attacks Pete Conn, the carnival’s former owner. Batman learns that the killer is after a stolen diamond necklace hidden on the grounds. Barden found the necklace and was killed for it. Conn also knew about it and was attacked. Batman gathers evidence and exposes the killer, Carter, a former business partner of Barden’s. Carter attempts to escape, but Batman brings him in.
