Synopsis:
The Joker is apparently killed in an explosion during a jail break. He soon returns as a ghost and begins a series of ghost-related crimes. Batman pieces together clues and uncovers Joker’s hide-out. Batman then proves that his foe is not a ghost, but is merely painted in glowing white paint.
