Synopsis:
Professor Nichols summons Superman to follow the Dynamic Duo back in time to Medieval Italy. The Man of Steel quickly locates the missing duo only to discover that they are criminal imposters, who have learned Batman and Robin’s secret identities and escaped into the past. Superman is then felled by a Kryptonite meteor.

Batman and Robin escape from a trap in present day Gotham and use Nichols’ time machine to follow Superman. They rescue him and capture the bandits, who have their memories erased by a strange gas, before returning to the present.
