Synopsis:
The city of Plainville decides to change the town name to Batmantown in order to inspire growth. Batman suspects it will make the town a target for criminals, but the town appears to be crime free. Batman then learns that a criminal named Barsh has kicked the other crooks out of town, so that he can pull a big job on the unsuspecting townspeople. Batman and Robin disguise themselves as actors in the town pageant. Then they stop Barsh's operation. The town agrees to change the name back to Plainville to protect itself from further criminal activity.
