Synopsis:
Sgt. Rock is badly wounded after taking out an enemy machine gun nest. Bulldozer and Ice Cream Soldier carry him back to the field hospital. Doctors indicate he needs a blood transfusion, but he has a rare blood type. The men of Easy Company begins questioning every soldier looking for someone with AB negative blood. Their search fails, but a nurse comes forward and donates the needed blood.

Rock eventually recovers, but he never learns the name of the nurse who saved him. Sometime later while running from enemy fire with Zack, Rock meets the nurse again. She is hit by enemy fire as they escape from the enemy. Rock is able to repay the nurse when she needs a transfusion of his blood.
