Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy meet Professor Marlo, an alchemist. Marlo was involved in an accident which gave him the ability to sense a coming catastrophe. The archers follow Marlo around and are able to deal with each disaster as it occurs.

Some crooks are tipped off to the events and commit crimes while Green Arrow is tied up with Marlo. Sensing the connection, Green Arrow leaves Speedy with Marlo and learns that a reporter is learning about the disasters at the police station. Green Arrow stops the reporter and the crooks, but Marlo’s ability fades away and does not return.
