Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy catch a burglar, Frankie Doran, breaking into a museum. The thief eludes Green Arrow inside and meets the curator who is having a heart attack. The curator shows Frankie a magic bow, believing the thief to be Green Arrow.

Using the bow, Doran is able to get rid of the pursuing archers and begin a crime wave. When the Bowmen catch up with him in the Arrowplane, Doran shoots it down. Fortunately, the archers were traveling by boat, controlling the plane by remote. The surprise allows them to get close enough to take the magic bow away from Doran and arrest him.
