Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are unable to stop a criminal who possesses fantastic powers. They are later met by a tiny alien named Van-Jon. The alien explains that the criminal is from his planet, and he has been sent to capture the crook. With Green Arrow’s help, Van-Jon is able to get close to Ankov, the crook, and apprehend him.
