Synopsis:
An escaped crook, Flint Morgan, stumbles upon the Arrow Cave and learns the secret identities of Green Arrow and Speedy. He sells a map of the bowmen’s patrol route to a gang boss, Bancroft, who uses the information to execute crimes around the city. Speedy is injured during a chase, and Morgan feels guilty. He turns over evidence against Bancroft, but is then ruthlessly gunned down by the gang leader, taking his knowledge of Green Arrow’s identity to the grave.
