Synopsis:
Superman disguises himself as Batman for a charity performance, so that Bruce Wayne can convince Kathy Kane that he is not Batman. After the show a bomb explodes that would have killed Batman. Since it is Superman in diguise, he survives, but they must pretend Batman is dead of give away their scheme.

The Sphinx Gang is responsible for the bomb, so the heroes continue trading identities with Bruce pretending to be Superman, while Superman masquerades as a ghost of Batman. After the gang is captured, the heroes return to their own identities. Kathy is suspicious again, so Alfred replaces Batman to fool her.
