Synopsis:
Superman and Batman try to prevent the theft of a brain amplifying device from the lab of Dr. John Carr. The device is set off by accident transferring Superman’s intelligence into the thief Victor Danning and Robin. Superman becomes dull and stupid in the process.

Robin matches wits with Danning, commanding Superman and Batman into action. After several encounters, Batman tricks Danning into returning to Carr’s lab. They reverse the experiment, restoring everyone to normal and capture Danning.
