Synopsis:
The Blackhawks allow a group of reporters to visit Blackhawk Island. Among them is Chick Evans, a former associate of the Killer Shark. After the reporters depart, the Blackhawks act as monitors to guide a navy submarine. During their mission, sabotage occurs on Blackhawk Island. Since no one else is on the island, the Blackhawks suspect one another. Chick Evans is also a suspect in the sabotage, until he is reported dead.

More acts of sabotage occur over the next two days. Then Blackhawk finds evidence against Andre. The Blackhawk is locked up, but Blackhawk then concludes that his teammate is innocent. He correctly reasons that radiation from the passing submarine has reactivated a robot brain from the Blackhawk Museum. The brain is responsible for the sabotage and for framing Andre. The Blackhawks destroy the brain, then repair the damage to their island.
