Synopsis:
The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy seek out the men behind a sabotage ring. They locate Karl Heimer, the leader of the saboteurs, only to discover that he has been killed by his own men. The Kid and Stripesy are framed for the murder, but they escape police.

The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy continue to pursue the Nazi fifth columnists. They infiltrate a secret meeting where Hitler himself is supposed to make an appearance. Stripesy exposes Hitler as an imposter, then he and the Kid defeat the fifth columnists. The Nazis are turned in to the authorities which clears the heroes of the murder charge.
