Synopsis:
After Captain X defends a supply ship from a Nazi U-Boat, he concocts a plan to construct floating seadromes to defend England. The R.A.F. agrees with his plan and begins construction. However, word of the new bases reaches the Nazis. They attack Buck Dare, but he fights them off. Captain X then uses false bases as a decoy to trick the Nazis. Once he lures them into a trap and defeats them, he uncovers the spy, Simons, a new reporter working for Buck Dare's newspaper.
