Synopsis:
Congo Bill, Professor Kent, and Sheila Hanlen arrive at a British army post. They report native war drums in the area. Bill investigates the source of the drums and finds a German man inciting the natives against the British. Bill engages and beats the German in combat, but his opponent suckers him from behind when the fight is over. Kent and Sheila arrive in time to rescue Bill and scare off the natives. The German man is killed when attempting to stop their plane from taking off.
