Synopsis:
In another dimension, a world known as Gobdor, a new tele-vis program is cause for excitement. The program, "Thrills of Earth", features natural disasters which are occuring on Earth. The show’s producer, Dro Dorno, is disturbed however because there have not been any disasters recently. Dorno decides to create his own disasters to keep the show going strong.

Flash is visiting the world and his friend Elider. Dorno is worried that Flash will intervene and stop the disaster he has created. Dorno shows Flash around town and does his best to prevent the scarlet speedster from seeing the program. Flash does finally see the show and runs home to stop the calamity.

Dorno decides to eliminate Flash and travels to Earth to destroy him. Flash has also realized that someone from Gobdor is responsible for the disaster. The two men battle each other. Dorno uses a weapon that causes Flash to become heavy. The weapon ceases to work when Flash runs away. Flash is then able to capture Dorno and turn him over to the authorities on Gobdor.
