Synopsis:
Lois returns to her old college and meets Polly Smith, a student occupying her old room. Polly is upset because she can not join a sorority due to the fact that she does not have a boyfriend.

Lois schemes to set her up with Superman. The Man of Steel agrees because Polly is a charitable person. He begins romancing Polly eventually leading to proposal at a school dance. Polly rejects him as planned, but a sorority sister has stumbled upon the plan. A last minute adjustment by Superman saves the day, and "Plain" Polly is now popular with the boys.
