Synopsis:
Using simple materials within his jail cell, Multi-Man is able to construct a weapon which allows him to escape. The Challengers are called in for help, but Ace and Rocky are captured when they try to prevent their foe from stealing a rocket-pack. The captured men are able to alert the other members of their group of their location and are freed when Prof and Red arrive.

Multi-Man gets away and steals a device which removes oxygen from water. Ace predicts where the villain will strike next and the Challs are waiting for him. While two of the team distract him, Ace and Rocky circle around with a giant magnet which they use to disarm and capture Multi-Man.
