Synopsis:
An alien has arrived on Earth to steal buildings for an exhibit on an asteroid. The Dynamic Duo try to stop him, but the alien has many powers which make it difficult. Superman tries to intervene, but the alien captures some of Robin’s life force. Any harm caused to the alien now harms Robin as well.

Superman continues to try to stop the creature while Batman takes Robin to a hospital. The creature’s hold on Robin is temporarily broken when an empty truck goes by. When Superman trails the creature back to his ship, the alien refuses to release Robin. Batman arrives and uses the gas fumes from the Batmobile to break the alien’s hold on Robin. The Caped Crusader has deduced that the gas interferes with this ability. Superman is then able to hit the creature. It is turned over to the authorities and the buildings restored.
