Synopsis:
Batman takes Robin to the train station where they meet Agent Kip Naylor of the railroad police. The Dynamic Duo join Naylor for the day to learn railroad police techniques. They catch a con man at a train station, apprehend train jumpers, rescue a runaway, and guard a movie star passenger.

When a train carrying circus animals is derailed, Batman helps to capture an escaped leopard. The derailment was caused by a midget ex-employee of the circus who robs the mail car. Naylor and Batman track down the midget and bring him to justice.
