Synopsis:
Gangsters buy an offshore island that once belonged to a late millionaire. The gangsters use the island as a refuge where police cannot reach them legally. Brooklyn and Tex infiltrate the island disguised as gangsters, while Rip and Andre sneak on shore in a mini-submarine.
The Commandos plan to chase the crooks off the island where they can be arrested. However, Rip and Andre are caught by the crooks. Brooklyn and Tex are forced to expose themselves during the fight.
The crooks plan to put the Commandos in jail, when the begin to itch uncontrollably. Rip tells them that the island was used in A-bomb testing and is radioactive. Fearing for their lives, the crooks flee the island seeking medical attention. When they reach the mainland they are arrested. When all the gangsters have been apprehended Rip explains that he lied. The itching was really caused from the fumes of burning poison ivy which he and Andre threw into a fire.
