Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty go undercover as an organ grinder and a monkey to catch Murky Miller and his mob. Disguised as a monkey, Shorty infiltrates Miller's hide-out. Shorty's mouth gets stuck with taffy, preventing him from talking. When the crooks see him, they decide to make him their mascot.
Meanwhile, a real monkey has escaped from the zoo and is found by Slam. When Slam discovers that it isn't Shorty he returns to the hide-out to rescue Shorty. Slam defeats the crooks, but Shorty is taken away to the zoo because he is believed to be a real monkey. Slam is forced to use the reward money to get Shorty released from the zoo.
