Synopsis:
Batgirl confronts the killer wig-maker Vazly and his assistant Wanda. The villains try to kill her using a wig, but she escapes. Although Batgirl apprehends Vazly, Wanda escapes. Batgirl deduces Wanda's next target, the widow Mrs. Sanders. Batgirl arrives after Wanda has gotten Sanders to pay an extortion demand to release her from the killer wig. This time Batgirl stops Wanda and puts a stop to the killer's schemes.
