Synopsis:
Ray Palmer’s friend, Ted Ralston, finds a diamond on one of his expeditions. A ray coming from inside the diamond transforms Ralston and his cat into solid diamond. Ray shrinks to atmoic size as the Atom and finds a microverse inhabited by refugees of ancient Atlantis inside the diamond. Ray stops one of the men, Karl Jat, who plans to conquer the Earth.

While inside, the diamond is stolen by thieves. Atom restores his size to defeat them and retrieve the diamond. With the help of another Atlantean, Moorn Jor, Atom restores Ralston to normal.
