Synopsis:
Jimmy visits Professor Boone who has invented a device that turns back time for objects. The device hits Jimmy's signal watch by mistake, and when he summons Superman, Superbaby arrives instead.

Superbaby then protects Jimmy from the Silk Gang, which is trying to kill him. After the gang has been rounded up, Jimmy tries to repair the watch and bring Superman back. At first he gets Superboy, who then smashes the watch, which succeeds in bringing Superman back.
