Synopsis:
Jimmy substitutes for the injured Tad King in a circus clown act. Tad's father Joe is another clown who believes his son will fail as a clown because he did poorly in rehearsal. Joe therefore tries to sabotage the act and get his son to quit.

Joe doesn't know that Jimmy is covering for Tad. Superman assists Jimmy in overcoming Joe's acts of sabotage. Joe realizes Jimmy has replaced his son, so he doesn't sabotage the final act. However, Tad returned for the final act and performed successfully, proving he will do fine as a clown.
