Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy watch a performance by Funny-Arrow, a clown that spoofs the antics of the archers. Soon, Funny-Arrow begins committing crimes around town. At first it appears to be an imposter, but soon evidence points to the real Funny-Arrow. Green Arrow captures him, but believes the clown was set up. During questioning, the circus press agent has information he should not possess, revealing him as the imposter. Green Arrow apprehends him, while Funny-Arrow takes down the agent’s henchman.
