Synopsis:
Hop attends a court hearing where Silas Crass tries to make a claim as Hop's guardian. Hop wants to stay with Wash and is given a week to wait while the judge decides. During that week, Ikky is injured in a car accident then disappears. Hop and Wash finish their test plane for the army and fight off a group of spies intent on stealing it.

After the week, the judge prepares to rule custody of Hop back to Silas Crass. However, Ikky arrives in the nick of time with Prop's school teacher Miss Snap and evidence proving that Hop's father did not give custody of Hop to Crass. Crass is arrested for stealing Hop's money, and Hop is allowed to stay with Wash.
