Synopsis:
After a plane crash, Green Arrow and Speedy wash up on the shore of an uncharted island. They soon find a group of Japanese soldiers who are unaware that World War II has ended. Green Arrow is captured and forced to build arrow weapons to use against a fleet of Navy ships located off shore. Green Arrow builds the weapons, which are really disguised messages for help. The Navy arrives, the Japanese soldiers are told about the end of the war, and Green Arrow and Speedy return home.
