Synopsis:
After touring the Earth, Gnort returns to the Justice League embassy. The League gives him the cold shoulder and sends him on his way. Meanwhile, Gnort's old enemy the Scarlet Skier has been released from captivity on Cairn. He comes to Earth for revenge. He finds Gnort and a fight begins.

The battle between Gnort and the Skier draws the attention of the Justice League. Gnort explains how he captured the Skier the first time. The Skier is so humiliated by another defeat that he attempts to kill himself. Gnort stops him. He offers to help repair the Skier's equipment, so that they can resume their fight. Instead, the equipment is destroyed trapping the Scarlet Skier on Earth.
