Synopsis:
Following their battle with Dr. Stoner, Nabu and Linda find themselves in the Tomb of the Avatar attended to by Wotan. Nabu demands answers, while Linda remains comatose.

Inside Fate's amulet, Jack Small and Petey find Kent Nelson. Kent doesn't want to be rescued. He explains that he and Inza are happy, and that they are in Heaven.

Meanwhile, the Phantom Stranger brings Eric and Raina back from the realm of the Helpers. Wendy Di Bella has met a guide from the afterlife and learns that she will die. She leaves Raina with Eric, then meets her fate.
