Synopsis:
Garryn Bek leads a crew of L.E.G.I.O.N. officers to recruit new worlds into their service. The expedition discovers a damaged ship in orbit of a technologically primitive world. During the exploration of the dead vessel, Garryn Bek finds the Emerald Eye which attaches itself to him.
Meanwhile, the Computer Tyrants of Colu seek to establish dominance over Talok VIII. After taking control of all their planetary communications, Mr. Starr fakes a Khund attack, then destroys a peaceful ship. By making the Khunds appear to be aggressors, Starr earns planetary admiration for their defeat.
