Synopsis:
Wally West and Chunk attempt to learn how to use Wally's new Justice League transporter. Wally hires consultant Bart Sturm, the former villain Brain Storm, to help. Wally puts on the Brain Storm helmet, but due to his increased metabolism, his brain is temporarily scrambled.

Wally, under the influence of the helmet, takes Chunk to JLI headquarters where they find Guy Gardner in his underwear. Guy is preparing for a television interview and is startled by Chunk's sudden appearance. When the reporter arrives, Wally tells her about the insulting things Guy has said about her. Chunk then teleports Wally, himself, and Guy away from the angry reporter.
