Synopsis:
Jonah Hex kills two escaped prisoners in a small town. He is then hired to help the local sheriff, Luke Little, in tracking down the infamous Scortch Donnigan Gang. Hex finds the gang and kills them. The sheriff then double-crosses him. He was secretly supplying the gang with information for their robberies. Hex is forced to promise that he will not pursue the sheriff. However, Scortch is not dead and gets off one last shot which kills Little. When Jonah returns to town with the sheriff's body, he stays quiet about Little's corruption.
