Comments:
This story takes place on June 29, 1987.

This story is continued from Unknown Soldier #6.

Synopsis:
The Unknown Soldier returns to Algiers. He avoids security, then meets up with Barry and Roger Simmons. They search for clues to the code word Qadhafi was scheduled to deliver in his speech which would tell a terrorist in New York to stand down. They able to find the speech, but they must also track down the speech writer to properly translate it. Jack and Barry successfully find the man in time using a combination of torture and gun fights. The Unknown Soldier then assumes the identity of Qadhafi and delivers the speech. After the terrorist is captured and his bomb is disarmed, it is discovered that the real Qadhafi is still alive.
