Synopsis:
The Red Tornado stops two drug dealers without being seen by anyone except for Scribbly. The police believe Scribbly stopped them himself. Ma Hunkel was nearby, but she was apparently sleeping. In fact, Ma Hunkel is the Red Tornado. She used an inflatable decoy to substitute for herself while out chasing the bad guys.
