Synopsis:
Dr. Tzin-Tzin launches a coordinated terrorist attack in locations all over Europe and in the Soviet Union. Peacemaker is alerted to an attack at the DeGaulle airport. He fights and kills three super powered terrorists and rescues a plane load of hostages. Despite stopping the single attack, Peacemaker is unable to prevent the other attacks including one at the Kremlin.
After learning about the failed attack, Dr. Tzin-Tzin orders a trap to be set for Peacemaker. A spy inside his organization is found and killed before the man can finish delivering a warning to Harry Stein. Peacemaker is then led into a whorehouse where Tzin-Tzin's elite forces converge upon him. They also use a jamming device to inhibit Peacemaker's cybernetic helmet.
