This story is continued from Adventures of Superman #471.

Synopsis:
Luthor arranges for Davood Nassur to be framed as a terrorist. Men claiming to be authorities try to detain his family. Clark Kent helps them. When Davood shows himself, Luthor's agents shoot at him. When Superman steps in, Luthor sends a captured spaceship left over from the invasion to destroy them both. Superman lifts the spaceship out of range of the city when it explodes, while Davood uses his shield to protect the city from the falling pieces. In the process, Davood burns out the power from the belt. Luthor then covers his tracks in the media, pinning the crimes on his assistant.
